At Madam ZUCA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy carefully:

1. Returns for Change of Mind

• Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• The cost of return shipping must be covered by the sender.

• Please note: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings, piercings, or any items that come into direct contact with the body.

 

2. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items

• Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Please email contact@zuca.com.au with photos of the item and the issue.

• If the item is in stock, we will provide a replacement.

• If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

 

3. General Notes

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in the condition received.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Madam ZUCA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
