​ZUCA brings Brazilian-made jewellery straight to Australia, curated in small batches for a modern, timeless look. Our pieces stand out, helping your customers discover jewellery they’ll love.

2. Who can become a ZUCA stockist?

We work with boutiques, accessory stores and professional resellers looking for unique, high-quality jewellery.

3. What’s the minimum order?

  • Minimum 21 pieces per order to ensure consistency and exclusivity.

  • Most styles have a 3-piece minimum, so you can test new designs without overstocking.

4. What makes ZUCA jewellery different?

  • Exclusive, timeless designs

  • High-quality plating: 3 microns on earrings, 5 microns on necklaces and bracelets, water- and wear-resistant

  • Small-batch production, so your pieces stay rare and consistent

  • 100% Brazilian-made, crafted by trusted suppliers.

5. Do you import from outside Brazil?

No – our collection is entirely Brazilian, guaranteeing authenticity, quality and exclusivity.

6. How long does shipping take?

  • Stock held in Australia usually delivers within 5 business days.

  • Made-to-order items shipped from Brazil take 10–15 business days from order confirmation.

7. What’s the warranty?

ZUCA provides a 7-month plating warranty against manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic proof and an email claim.

8. Can I return or exchange products?

We offer a return program for unsold pieces within 120 days, exclusive to approved stockists. After 120 days, returns are accepted, but refunds cover only 20% of the item value.

9. How do I become a ZUCA stockist?
