1. What is Covered

• The warranty applies only to gold-plated fading that occurs despite following all care instructions.

• All returned items will be examined to confirm proper care before any warranty claim is honored.

 

2. What is Not Covered

• Items exposed to showers, seawater, perfumes, oils, or other cosmetics may experience accelerated fading and are not covered under warranty.

• Madam ZUCA reserves the right to deny warranty claims if evidence shows the piece was not cared for according to our guidelines or was affected by chemical exposure.

 

3. Important Notes

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

• With proper care, Madam ZUCA jewellery is designed to last well beyond the warranty period.
